Helpdesk
Our helpdesk team is happy to help you with any questions or problems. With the integrated ticket modules SAM and Bkat you can create an enquiry ticket, including screenshots and log data, with just one click in the TopM application. The code 12 procedure assures that in an emergency situation you will even receive prompt support outside of office hours from our competent team.
Updates
Our software solutions undergo constant further development. This includes market relevant changes as well as adding functionalities. All programming updates are made available to our clients within the scope of the maintenance contract, which also covers larger version upgrades. All customised adaptations and individual company program changes remain unaffected by updates.
Additional Programming
Special requirements for functions can be included with additional programming. This programming can be added on request by the client and will be added to the standardised core. This ensures that your individual coding is retained during updates and further developments of the software.
Contracts
Our maintenance contracts covers the helpdesk, updates and data administration for san6 and r6. The minimum contract term is only 3 months and the notice period only 6 weeks before the end of each quarter which means that the maintenance contract can be cancelled easily when required. Clients with consulting and development intensive products can additionally enter into a consulting and development agreement which gives them a firm booking of a certain amount of allotted hours with the relevant TopM consultant.
Maintenance of
master data
TopM looks after various data files for their clients. In r6 this includes the article master data of over 200 tyre manufacturers, alloy wheel rims and other motor vehicle data. The article master data also contains the relevant calculation basis prices and technical data.
In san6 the master data files includes a directory of auxiliary medical devices, health insurance contracts, price categories, supplier catalogues and article lists.
