Benefit from valuable standard interfaces
Advancing digitization is increasingly challenging companies to exchange and process a wide variety of data. Use the TopM net7 standard interfaces to connect with your business partners, webshop, third-party systems or similar. Whether via EDI, VDA, XML, OLE DB, Web API, CSV etc., all interfaces can be configured individually.
EDI / VDA - Electronic Data Interchange
Integrate your business partners into the net7 software per EDI. You can exchange various processes such as contracts, orders, enquiries, delivery call-offs, invoices and more. In TopM’s own VDA module, data files can be produced in data formats such as 4902, 4905, 4906, 4908, 4912, 4915, etc without having to convert the data. The data transfer can be done via various different secure communication methods, optionally by including an external routing provider such as Softzoll.
CAD / PDM Systems
Ensure that you have a uniform database of articles, BOM’s and drawings for your construction and administration. net7 has a standard interface to various CAD/ PDM systems such as ePLAN, Autocad, Inventor, SolidWorks, keytech etc. The data exchange can be fully automated on database level or can be done manually.
Shipping service provider
Connect your shipping service providers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS, Schenker, FedEx, Jumingo, OrderRace etc. via the net7 standard interfaces. In doing so, all shipping information for registering the shipment is automatically transferred and the shipment tracking number is written back.
Export / Atlas connection
Optimise your export process and connect your Atlas software such as Beo via interface to the net7 solution. The data for the export declaration is automatically transferred and the notification number for the export is also automatically received. You can also create a connection to the custom clearance whereby you can check individual business contacts as well as whole address lists. The calculations of preferential conditions as well as the administration and preparation of long term delivery contracts, confirmation of arrival, EUR1-Formular etc is done in the net7 software.
External financial accounting
If you do not want to use TopM’s own financial software fibu7, then you can connect external fibu solutions such as Datev, Sage, DIAMANT, Addison, Simba, Syska, SAP etc. via an interface. The master data and posting records are transferred as well as open items are written back. A transfer of personnel data to payroll accounting is also possible.
Microsoft Office Integration
Integrate MS Office solutions such as Word, Excel and Outlook into the net7 software. Data can be exchanged bi-directionally. You can receive your mail in net7 and benefit from having transparency over your emails which are linked to the relevant processes. It is also possible to synchronise your calendar with the Outlook calendar. You can transfer data from and to Excel lists with flexible parameter settings and you can send price lists or offers to Word for graphic processing.
Onlineshop
Connect your B2C online store like Shopware to the net7 software. Master data such as articles, texts, stocks, images, prices, status and features can be automatically synchronized as well as transaction data such as orders, invoices, delivery bills, package tracking and payments. Or use TopM’s own partner portal for the B2B area and benefit from direct data access.
Other third-party systems
Optimize multiple and incorrect entries by integrating third-party systems via interface. These can be e-mail systems, TAPI telephone systems, scales, factoring companies, banking systems, GDPdU/IDEA, Intrastat, etc.
